1. Services Provided

Auto MH Detailing offers professional vehicle detailing services, including but not limited to:

Exterior and interior detailing

Ceramic coating application

Paint correction and machine polishing

New car protection packages

Services are provided based on the vehicle’s condition and the package selected. We reserve the right to amend service offerings or pricing without prior notice.

2. Booking and Payment

Bookings can be made via our website, phone, or email.

A deposit may be required to secure your booking. Deposits are non-refundable unless cancelled with at least 48 hours’ notice.

Full payment is due upon completion of the service unless agreed otherwise.

Payment can be made by cash, bank transfer, or card (subject to availability).

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your appointment may result in the loss of your deposit.

If you need to reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your new preferred time.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Please remove all personal belongings from the vehicle before your appointment.

Auto MH Detailing is not liable for items left inside the vehicle during service.

Customers must inform us of any existing damage, delicate areas, or modifications.

5. Limitations of Liability

While we take the utmost care with every vehicle, Auto MH Detailing shall not be held liable for:

Pre-existing damage or deterioration to paint, trim, or interior materials

Issues caused by previously applied poor-quality products or incorrect DIY treatments

Damage arising from structural weaknesses or corrosion

We are fully insured for the services we provide.

6. Warranty on Services

Ceramic coatings and other protective treatments are applied following strict procedures, and longevity depends on maintenance, usage, and environmental conditions. While we offer guidance, we do not guarantee specific results unless stated in writing.
